Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know about our school handover, standard shipping times, payment methods, and protective packaging.

How does free school pickup work?

If we go to the same school, you can get free pickup in person. Simply place your order and let me know the night before. I will bring your items to school the next day or the following day. If you don't go to my school or aren't sure, please reach out to check or select shipping at checkout.

What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay with cash when picking up your items at school, or you can pay electronically via Zelle before receiving your package.

How fast do you prepare orders for pickup?

Just message me your order the evening before! Most in-stock items like squishies and fidgets can be prepared immediately for handoff the very next school day or within 1 to 2 days.

How much does shipping cost and how long does it take?

Shipping within the United States generally costs between $8 and $13 depending on package size and weight. Packages typically arrive within 3 to 7 business days once mailed.

How are squishies, fidgets, and art commissions packed?

Every order is handled with care. For school pickups, squishies and fidgets come packaged in cute gift bags—often with a little surprise gift included! Custom drawing commissions are safely packed flat and protected to prevent any bending or creasing during travel.

Can custom drawings be handed over at school?

Yes! Once your custom drawing is finished, we can coordinate an in-person school handoff or safely mail it directly to your address.
